FACILITIES

Outpatient : No consultation fee is charged from any patient.

Timing       : 8:30am  - 12:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm (registration upto 11:30am) on all weekdays from Monday - Saturday

Venue       : Cobalt Dept., Tata Main Hospital.

A free cancer detection clinic operates on every Thursday at 2:30pm at the above venue. Our doctors also go to nearby villages for Cancer Detection Camps.

Inpatient   : The Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital is a 72 bedded charitable institute and is run on a non profit basis. 10% beds are reserved for those living below poverty line.

Diagnostic Facilities : The Hospital has X-Ray, Ultrasonography, Subsecond Spiral C.T.Scan, MRI, Mammography, Cobalt Therapy and Selectron (Remote controlled intracavitary system for treatment of Uterine Cancer), Simulator TPS, 1 Tesla MRI and E.C.G. facilities. Also, there is a full fledged Pathology Laboratory with Tumour Marker assay facilities.

New Facility : We have now high dose intracavitary radiation facility in our hospital and we are planning to install a 6-15 M.V. linear accelerator soon.

On 6th of June 2009, we started Palliative care facility in our hospital.
